Whenever a service appointment is completed, you would be required to checkout the booking to receive payment from your client (this is when the client's card gets charged). Upon the successful checkout, clients will receive an e-receipt by email.
What happens if there is an additional service made?
In the event where the client has received additional service (e.g. additional nail art, makeup accessory, facial upgrade, etc.), you have the option to include the amount under 'Additional Cost' and it will automatically tabulate under the 'Total Charges'.
What should I do if I would like to offer discount to my client?
If you would like to offer client a discounted value, simply tap onto the value under 'Total Service Charge' and input the discounted value to checkout.
I've checked out the wrong amount, what should I do?
In the event the Transaction Amount is entered wrongly, you may select onto 'Void' the Appointment which will revert to the a payment pending status. Once again, select on to 'Checkout' and edit the value that is chargeable and proceed to select 'Charge Card'.
Is there an alternative payment method aside from Credit Card payment?
For any online bookings made through Vanitee, payment is strictly by Credit Card only.
Walkthrough on how to checkout an appointment
1) On your 'Appointments' page, you will be able to see bookings that are pending checkout. An appointment that is ready for checkout has a yellow "Pending Checkout" next to it. Click on the booking and you will be directed to the booking details.
2) Scroll down to check the booking details. Once you are ready to checkout, click on 'Checkout' at the bottom of the page.
3) You will be directed to key in additional charges and further discounts. Once done, click on "Checkout..." to checkout the booking.
