For iOS users:
1) Go to 'My Account', located at the bottom tab bar and click on the "Bookings" tab. Choose the appointment that you want to cancel or change.
2) Access the booking details page and click "edit", on the top right corner, to make changes to your booking
3) For any upcoming bookings already confirmed, depending on the cancellation policy, you will be given the option to either cancel the booking or reschedule it.
For Android users:
1) Go to the bookings page and choose the appointment that you want to cancel or change.
2) Click the vertical "...", located at the top right corner of the page.
3) Choose whether to "Reschedule" or "Cancel Booking" from the pop up at the top right corner.
4) Depending on the cancellation policy, you will be given the option to either cancel the booking or reschedule it. Choose 'yes' to confirm cancellation of the appointment.
5) Click "Reschedule" to reschedule the appointment.
6) Choose a new date and time, click "Set" and "Confirm".
