Bookings made on Vanitee are instantly confirmed as our service provider uses our system to manage their appointments. If you really wish to speak with the service provider, you may call the service provider from My Account -> Bookings -> Booking Details -> Call.
In instances where the service provider did not reply you within 24 hours, it will be in violation of the Vanitee Service Guidelines and Standards. Please report the service provider to us and we will take the appropriate action.
