What if I am unable to get a slot after I purchase the offer?
For all unused offer purchased, Vanitee will refund 100% of the amount as Vanitee credits into your Vanitee wallet. You can use your credit from your wallet to offset any service purchase from Vanitee.
What if I made a booking and the Service Provider canceled on me?
In the unlikely event that your Service Provider canceled your appointment, you can get a full refund by simply going to Offer Details -> Refund.
What if I made a booking and could not cancel due to the Service Provider's cancellation policy?
In the unfortunate instance where you have to cancel your appointment, please inform your Service Provider as soon as you can so that your Service Provider can address your rescheduling or cancellation.
However, should the Service Provider wish to uphold their Cancellation Policy, you will have to respect their wishes as per your agreement when you (1) bought the offer and (2) made the booking.
If you do not wish to make the booking after purchasing the offer, please go to Offer Details -> Refund as soon as you can. Otherwise upon expiry of the Offer, your offer will be automatically refunded as Vanitee Credits in your Wallet.
