Why should I list offers?
Participation is up to you. We saw many of our artists and salons on the platform offering discounts to their services. So we created an easy way to provide these discounts on Vanitee and track them for you. There is also a myth going around that if the offer is too good, the service must be bad. If your service and offer are both good, why not share it with the world so you can get more customers coming to your business?
Furthermore, we have over 50,000 users on Vanitee and they will see your offers on email, push notification and inside the mobile app.
Complement with excellent service delivery, you will be able to retain these new customers and grow your business.
How do customers buy my offer?
Customers browse your offers on the App and buys them before making a booking. When they do so, they make payment upfront online. Hence, during the appointment, you do not have to collect further monies from your customer, unless they buy additional products or services during the appointment itself. You can then checkout the additional on the Vanitee App for your customer to enjoy the Vanitee Loyalty Program.
How do customers know what kind of offer I am listing?
There is an offer section within the app, which appears on the Homepage and Profile page. If you are a Top Artist or Salon on our platform, your offer will be right on top and more users can see it. If your offer is the best, users near your shop will receive a push notification whenever they are nearby.
We also send email and push notifications to our users for them to get to know your offer.
Is there a limit to the number of offers I can list?
Yes, each professional can concurrently run at most five offers at any one point of time.
What is the duration of each offer?
The duration of the offers has to be between 3 days and 90 days. Do note that this validity also applies to customers completing the service. For example, if your offer is valid from 1 Jan 17 till 28 Feb 17, your customer must complete the service latest by 28 Feb 17 as well.
How much commission do I have to give Vanitee to run my offer?
We take a 20% commission to promote your offer to our customers.

What is considered a good offer?
A good offer is one that rides on current trends. It is always easy for us to run steep discounts on existing services, but if we can ride on trends, it will be less hurtful on our profits.
Vanitee runs plenty of trend-based content weekly. Participate in them or spot your own trend. Then run an offer on those services in relation to the trend!
What kind of discount can I offer?
Currently, you can offer 1) absolute dollars off a regular price, 2) bundle different, but complementary services at a special rate.
1) Absolute dollars off a regular price
Eg. The usual price for a Classic Gel Manicure Service is $40. However for a particular offer, you can list it at $20. This means you are offering 50% off your Classic Gel Manicure service.
2) Bundle Promotion
Eg. The usual price for a Classic Gel Manicure + Pedicure Service is $80. However for a particular offer, you can list it at $40. This means you are offering 50% off your Classic Gel Manicure + Pedicure Service.
Can I offer bundle offers for different services?
Yes you can. However, do note that the services in the bundle must be consumable within a single session, as the services from the bundle offer cannot be brought forward to another day. We currently do not facilitate Package purchases, but you may offer that and track manually at this time.
Can Customers enjoy the same offer at my Shop?
This is entirely up to you. However, be sure to ask customers to pay by Vanitee Pay, so that they can leave a review for your great service, which can be viewed by other customers on Vanitee.
How to extend my offer?
Offers cannot be edited or extended once published. To extend an offer, you can consider creating a new one.
How to cancel appointment from the offer that I listed?
Offer Bookings are the same as Online Bookings. You may manage your appointment details in the same way.
